Health & Safety Support Contracts

As well as a variety of ad-hoc services, Phoenix Health & Safety offer annual support contracts that are totally tailored to our clients’ requirements.

By taking out a contract, Phoenix Health & Safety are taking on the role of your “competent health & safety advice” as required by UK health & safety legislation. Details of our qualifications and experience can be provided for use when tendering for contracts.

Contracts start from just a few hundred pounds a year for a telephone/email support contract. However, most companies need more help than this and many go for our basic annual support contract, which includes:

  • A tailored health & safety policy (a legal requirement)
  • A full audit/inspection of existing practices/procedures followed by a report
  • A health & safety manual including all required forms, templates etc.
  • Unlimited telephone/email support
  • Newsletter update service to keep clients up to date with changes in legislation, recent court cases etc.

There are many options that can be added to the contract for clients with more complex needs e.g. risk assessments, regular progress visits/reports, training etc.

The contracts can also be tailored to include documentation to issue to employees e.g. employee handbooks and key information cards. These can be personalised with your company logo and branding.

There are a variety of payment methods for the contracts, including discounts for early payment and quarterly instalment packages without charge for credit.
