With above average pass rates across our courses, at Phoenix we’re confident you’ll pass your exam first time. However, bad days happen. Exam nerves and emergencies can throw you off on the day. That’s why we have the Phoenix Pass Pledge.
If you receive a referral on your exam, whatever the reason or mark, you’ll be able to continue your studies free of charge. All you have to pay for is your exam resit when you’re ready. You won’t lose access to any of your learning resources, and you’ll still be able to contact the study support team while you review what went wrong and prepare for the exam.
With the Phoenix Pass Pledge in place, you can concentrate on your studies without fear of additional course costs.
The Phoenix Pass Pledge applies if you:
Are accepted onto the course by Phoenix Health & Safety.
Take full and active part in the course and complete any tasks/projects set.
Meet the required standard in all tutor marked assessments.
