What a Phoenix Consultant Does

A consultant notices that deliveries now cross a pedestrian route. They talk to the drivers and the warehouse team, agree a change with you and check that it holds on the next visit.

That's the standard we work to. Your policy, risk assessments and audit findings should describe what actually happens on site. We make sure they do, and help you act when they don't.
