Extra Qualified Capacity For Your Health and Safety Team

Your health and safety lead stays in charge. Phoenix consultants add the audits, fire risk assessments and site visits they can't stretch to, using one method across every location.

Does This Sound Familiar?

✓ Each site does things slightly differently, and it's hard to tell which way is right.

✓ You've opened or acquired sites and need them working to the same standard.

✓ A client, insurer or prequalification scheme wants evidence across every location.

✓ Your health and safety lead is good, but there are more sites than hours.

✓ Leadership wants one clear view of risk, not a folder per site.

What We Do Across Your Sites

One standard everywhere

Audits at each site using the same method, so results can be compared and priorities set across the organisation.

Risks assessed at every location

General, task-specific and fire risk assessments (PAS 79 methodology), wherever you operate.

Consultants on the ground

Visits from consultants across the UK.

One system every site works from

Policy, procedures and action planning that apply across the organisation.

Someone competent to call

Direct access to your consultant at any time of day for your H&S lead and site managers.

Progress you can show leadership

Regular reviews of actions across sites.

Also available: NEBOSH, IOSH and In-house training for site managers and supervisors, from the same provider.

Working alongside your team, not around it

Your health and safety lead stays in charge of priorities. We add the audit, assessment and visit capacity they can't stretch to, and a second qualified view when they want one.

How it Works

01 Assess

We look at each site the same way, identify gaps and agree priorities with you.

02 Improve

We put practical controls, documents and systems in place across your locations.

03 Support

Your team has qualified advice on hand, plus visits and regular reviews.

04 Assure

We review progress with you, site by site, and plan what comes next.

You can get started straight away. We can begin with a few sites and add more as you go.

What Your Leadership Team Gets

For the director who signs it off, the answers to four questions.

What needs attention

Site audits and your Risk-Ready Review produce a prioritised action plan, so you know which issues matter most and where.

How significant it is

Every site is assessed with the same method, so a finding at one location can be compared with another and priorities set across the organisation.

What support will cost

An itemised quote before you commit, with no hidden costs. Anything extra is agreed with you first.

How progress is shown

Regular reviews track actions site by site, and we review progress with you and plan what comes next.

Clear Pricing, Built for Procurement

Multi-site partnerships are priced on your number of sites and employees and the type of work. You'll get an itemised quote before you commit, on a 12, 24 or 36-month agreement.

No hidden costs. Your quote lists everything that's included, and anything extra is agreed with you before we do it.

For procurement and supplier approval

An itemised quote showing what's included at each site.

Agreements of 12, 24 or 36 months.

[Insurance certificates, consultant qualifications, a sample audit report and references: confirm which are available.]

Talk to Us About Your Sites

A call with a senior consultant about your locations, your team and where you'd like support. If it helps, we can follow it with a free Risk-Ready Review: a confidential 60-minute look at your current arrangements, on Teams or on site, with a concise written report.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Risk-Ready Review a sales call?

No. It's a conversation about your arrangements and priorities, and you receive a concise written report with recommended next steps. If ongoing support would help, we'll explain what it involves and what it costs. There's no obligation and the report is yours either way.

Will the documents be generic?

No. Your policy and risk assessments are based on your premises, your activities and your people.

Do I need a written health and safety policy?

If you have five or more employees, you must write your health and safety policy down. We'll write it with you and help you put it into practice.

What does the advice cover?

Compliance questions, support when something goes wrong, and help interpreting regulations. Call or email a qualified consultant as often as you need.

How long is the agreement?

Agreements run for 12, 24 or 36 months, so you can start with a single year. You'll see the full terms in your quote before you commit.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. Your quote lists everything that's included, and anything extra is agreed with you before we do it.

How quickly can we start?

Straight away. Once you've signed, your consultant arranges your first visit and starts on your audit and action plan.

What if something happens outside office hours?

You have direct access to your consultant at any time of day, by phone or email.

Do you cover my area?

Our consultants work across the UK.

We already have some support. Can you help?

Yes. We can add capacity, carry out audits or work alongside your current adviser.
