Are there any entry requirements for ISEP courses?

There are no formal entry requirements, which makes the ISEP courses an ideal starting point for your environmental and sustainability training. Learners must have a suitable standard of English language to understand and articulate the concepts contained in the syllabus.

What happens if I fail the ISEP assessment?

The Phoenix Pass Pledge means you can retake the exam and continue your studies at no additional cost.

Will I get ISEP membership if I study an ISEP course?

You will receive a 12 month ISEP affiliate membership when you study the ISEP Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management. This comes with all the associated benefits and, if you're already a member of ISEP you'll receive an additional 12 months membership instead. Upon completing the foundation certificate, you'll be upgraded to Associate membership.

Can I study an ISEP course online?

Yes, all three of our ISEP courses are available to study via e-Learning.

What's the difference between the ISEP Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management and the NEBOSH Environmental Management Certificate?

The ISEP course has a greater focus on sustainability practices, whereas the NEBOSH course is more focused on legislation. You can read more about the differences in our blog post here.

Does the cost of ISEP courses included any exam costs?

Yes, your exam fees are included in the cost of all our ISEP courses.

Does Phoenix offer the ISEP Diploma?

We don't currently offer the ISEP diploma, but if you're looking to get started in the environmental industry, the ISEP Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management is a great place to start.
